BNG Contracting Enterprise LLC, doing business as Efficio ("we," "us," or "our"), operates the website efficio.tech and the Efficio platform. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, store, and protect information in connection with our B2B lead generation and sales automation services.

1. Information We Collect

We collect different categories of information depending on your relationship with us:

From Our Clients (Service Subscribers):

• Account Information: Name, email address, company name, phone number, and password (stored as a cryptographic hash).
• Business Details: Industry, service area, target customer profiles, pricing information, and other details needed to configure your lead generation campaigns.
• Payment Information: Subscription and billing data processed securely by Stripe. We never store your full credit card number.
• Campaign Data: Outreach templates, email sequences, and performance metrics (open rates, reply rates, conversion data).
• Usage Data: Platform activity, login history, and feature usage for service improvement.

Lead Data (Collected on Behalf of Clients):

• Business Contact Information: Business name, owner/operator name, phone number, email address, physical address, and website URL.
• Business Details: Industry category, services offered, ratings, reviews, operating hours, and other publicly available business information.
• Source: Lead data is collected exclusively from publicly available sources, including Google Maps, Google Business Profiles, business websites, and other public directories. We do not purchase data from third-party data brokers or scrape private/gated platforms.

Website Visitors:

• Pages visited, session duration, browser type, device information, and IP address collected through analytics tools.
• Information submitted through contact forms.

2. How We Use Information

Client Data:

• To operate and deliver the Efficio platform and services
• To configure and optimize lead generation campaigns
• To process payments and manage subscriptions
• To send transactional communications (account updates, billing, campaign reports)
• To provide customer support
• To improve our platform and algorithms using aggregated, anonymized data

Lead Data:

• To identify and qualify potential business leads matching client criteria
• To enrich lead profiles with publicly available business information
• To conduct AI-powered analysis and scoring of lead quality
• To facilitate email outreach campaigns on behalf of clients

We do not sell lead data to third parties. Lead data collected for one client is not shared with other clients.

3. Email Outreach and CAN-SPAM Compliance

Efficio sends email outreach on behalf of clients to business contacts identified through our lead generation process. We are committed to compliance with the CAN-SPAM Act and applicable email regulations:

• All outreach emails clearly identify the sender (our client) and include accurate header information
• Every email includes a functional unsubscribe mechanism
• Unsubscribe requests are honored within 10 business days
• We do not use deceptive subject lines or misleading sender information
• Physical mailing addresses are included in outreach emails as required by law
• We maintain suppression lists to prevent contacting individuals who have opted out

4. Third-Party Services

• Stripe: Payment processing. See Stripe's Privacy Policy.
• Google Analytics: Anonymous website usage analytics. Opt out via the Google Analytics Opt-out Add-on.
• Email Delivery Services: We use third-party email infrastructure to send outreach emails. These services process email addresses and message content solely for delivery purposes.
• AI/ML Services: We use artificial intelligence services to analyze lead data, score prospects, and optimize outreach. Data processed by AI services is used solely for platform functionality.

5. Cookies and Tracking

• Essential Cookies: Required for platform authentication and session management.
• Analytics Cookies: Used by Google Analytics to collect anonymous usage data.

We do not use advertising or third-party marketing cookies. You can manage cookies through your browser settings.

6. Data Storage and Security

Data is stored on encrypted infrastructure with industry-standard access controls. All data in transit is encrypted via HTTPS/TLS. We implement role-based access controls, regular security audits, and monitoring. API keys and credentials are hashed and never stored in plaintext.

7. Data Retention

• Client Data: Retained for the duration of the service relationship plus 30 days after account closure, after which it is permanently deleted.
• Lead Data: Retained for the duration of the client's active campaign. Lead data for inactive campaigns is purged within 90 days unless the client requests earlier deletion.
• Suppression Lists: Email addresses of individuals who have opted out are retained indefinitely to ensure continued compliance with their opt-out request.
• Billing Records: Retained as required by applicable tax and accounting laws.

8. Your Rights

For Clients:

• Access, export, correct, or delete your account data at any time
• Request deletion of all lead data associated with your campaigns
• Cancel your subscription and close your account

For Individuals Whose Information Appears in Lead Data:

• Request access to the information we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate information
• Request deletion of your information from our systems
• Opt out of email outreach communications

9. Children's Privacy

Efficio is a business-to-business platform not intended for use by individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to active clients via email. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of Efficio after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
